Residential Service Associate

We are looking for fun, easy going, detail orientated, individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy physically active work and good music  to work as Residential Service Associates cleaning the homes of our clients. Service Associates will work in teams of two or three under the guidance of a Residential Team Leader. Applicants should be of good physical health and able to lift up to 20lbs, up and down stairs and in tight spaces. Applicant must have an eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions well. Applicant must be able to receive constructive criticism with a positive attitude, and adjust accordingly. Applicant must be professional and understand the importance of excellent customer service. Prior experience in the cleaning industry is not required, but the ability to learn quickly is.  If you think you would be a good-fit please apply below. Our Residential Service Associates must be able to pass a full background check.  No need to apply if you have been accused or convicted of theft! Starting pay is $15.00 an hour. Raise after 90 days, based on performance and reliability.  Position is 21 to 28 hours a week currently, Mon-Thursday most weeks, with some Fridays, hours are 9:00 to 4:00ish.  If you have a strong work ethic, and desire reliable and consistent work at a living wage, please apply below.
